Fiscalini Purple Moon Cheddar is a semi-hard, artisan farmhouse cheddar from Modesto, California. It is made from pasteurized cow’s milk and aged for six months. The cheese is soaked in California red wine which gives the rind a striking deep purple color and imparts a fruity, complex, and smooth flavor profile to the creamy, nutty interior.
